We will have childcare available for children of all ages staffed by a team of child life specialists and trained volunteers. Children will be separated into groups by age and will enjoy a variety of activities.

Please arrive to the registration desk Saturday morning and childcare staff will direct you to the appropriate room for your child's age. Parents will need to bring ID and check their children in and out. Parents, also be sure to bring your cell phone and provide your number so that picnic staff can easily reach you if needed. Parents do not need to check teens in/out. Teens are free to hang out all day for activities or can come and go. Teens are also encouraged to attend our breakout groups in the afternoon

Volunteers may bring children to the outside play areas. If you do not want them to be taken out of the childcare rooms to the outside play areas, please let us know. You may also want to apply sunscreen prior to drop-off. Children will be offered snacks and water during the day. Please share any dietary restrictions/allergies and any other concerns when you register online.

Please note: Picnic staff cannot assist with cathing, diapering, or naps.​​​​
